You may live in one of North Dakota’s small towns or beautiful rural areas and are looking for therapy services with anonymity not available in your area. Maybe you are experiencing loneliness, depression, or anxiety related to the challenges of rural life. If you are in this situation, I can serve you well, as I grew up on a farm and attended a small town school. I am familiar with the unique struggles of rural life.

Relationships & Parenting

Are you lonely in your relationship, and looking to regain your feeling of closeness? You might be recovering from an affair or other breach of trust. I will work with your specific and unique relationship dynamics. I also work with couples before marriage or commitment, as well as new or expecting parents. I am experienced in working with parents to improve parent-child relationships, identify parenting values, and gaining peaceful parenting skills.

Emotional Wellness

Are you ready to get off the roller coaster of emotion and experience emotional ease? You may be struggling with anxiety and depression, or experiencing emotional numbness and disconnection. You may be struggling with low self-esteem, and changing yourself to fit the needs or demands of others. I can help you manage strong emotions and unearth their roots. I offer EMDR as a supplement to treatment, and can incorporate my work as a yoga teacher if desired.
